How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
When making a reservation, a button with the status “Unpaid” in red will appear. Once the payment is completed, this status will change to “Complete,” indicating that the reservation has been successfully confirmed.
Can I book multiple services at the same time?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I make a reservation for a third party (family, friends, etc.)?
Yes, it is possible to make reservations on behalf of another person. Make sure to provide the appropriate contact information to facilitate communication and service.
Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?
The only additional charge corresponds to the Tropipay payment gateway commission, which is 3.5% of the total transaction amount.
Can I pay in another currency?
We accept payments in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) to offer flexibility to our international clients.
Do you offer discounts for long-term bookings or multiple services?
Some listings include special discounts for long-term bookings or the hiring of multiple services. We recommend checking the description of each service to learn about current promotions.
Is it possible to leave a deposit to secure the reservation?
At the moment, we do not offer the option to leave a deposit. Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Yes, we allow service requests at short notice, subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure service confirmation.
Are services available throughout Cuba or only in Havana?
Currently, our services are exclusively available in Havana.
